Designs are undertaken from concept to production utilising latest computer technology. Our suite of software options include AutoCAD and SolidWorks for mechanical design and Zuken CADStar for circuit and high-speed PCB layout, linked for greater accuracy and flexibility. Various design control utilities including Microsoft Project are implemented throughout the process.

Utilising diverse technical resources we are able to undertake cost effective refurbishments or upgrade contracts to offer an alternative to product or system replacement.

Using Sascal Displays' electronic sub-assemblies (utilising Microprocessor and FPGA technologies), existing product life can be cost effectively lengthened, dramatically improving reliability and performance. The overall mechanical design and electrical interfaces are not altered, therefore these types of contracts are very swift from order through to delivery, keeping customer downtime to a minimum.
