Roles are available to suit a variety of skill-sets, from shop-floor to Senior Management. Roles for which we are actively recruiting will be advertised on this section of the site, however we are always willing to receive unsolicited applications. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a response to every application.

Minimum requirements: Applicants will be eligible to work in the UK, over 18 years of age and will have a good grasp of spoken and written English. (Your passport and necessary employment documents will be required at interview).You will relish the challenge of working within a fast paced design to manufacture environment and will be confident working within a team of people.
Production: Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years experience with electronic assembly tasks and techniques in a related industry. Substantial technical and/or supervisory experience is required for senior roles.
Test: Our test department is a critical part of the delivery chain and it is vital all of our products are tested to extremely high standards before shipment. Many of our products are a matter of national importance and it is vital our equipment can be relied upon in the field for efficiency and to avoid danger or loss of life. We would expect applicants to possess a relevant undergraduate degree at 2:1 level or above from a respected university. Further qualifications are desirable, and all applicants should be conversant with report writing. Experience with high-specification technology is essential.
Engineering: The fundamentals of our work rely upon high quality design. Applicants are expected to possess at least an undergraduate degree at 2:1 level or above from a respected university, and may be further qualified. We recruit for electronic, electrical and mechanical engineers. An ability to work within a team and produce coherent, structured reports is essential.
Finance & Administration: We recruit for a wide spectrum of roles within finance and administration. Formal qualifications are not essential but would enhance your application. Relevant experience is the most important factor.
Management Roles: We aim to recruit managers of the highest quality across all departments. We would of course expect substantial experience relevant to your post and would usually require specific experience working within the defence industry. Successful candidates will have a natural ability to manage others and will be confident managing product, personnel and budgetary responsibilities. Qualifications at university level would be desirable but we are willing to consider applicats who possess outstanding relevant experience.

Finance Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of financial management accounts and will report to the company Directors.
He/she will be an experienced finance professional and possess a broad knowledge of financial management accountancy to P&L and Balance Sheet. Formal qualifications would enhance your application, however this is not a mandatory criterion. The EFACS computerised accounts system is used; experience with this software is not necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
Salary: c.£28k, subject to experience.

Electronics Test Engineer (QA)
An experienced Electronics Test Engineer is required to provide a Quality Assurance & Testing role.
The successful applicant will assist in fault finding on high technology electronic equipment, verify development software, compile design compliance and verification reports, create production test procedures, fault investigation reports and design specifications for special purpose test equipment.
The successful applicant will have studied to degree level, have experience of testing a variety of high technology electronic equipment in the defence sector and be proficient at writing technical documents and reports.

Chief Engineer
The successful applicant will have experience within the defence market and will possess an outstanding knowledge of digital and analogue electronics design. They will also have experience with video/computer hardware and software and ideally will be educated to university degree level.
This is a rewarding senior management position for a dynamic professional within a well-known defence company. The successful applicant will oversee all product development within the company and therefore will have extensive managerial experience.
