The Quality assurance Program at SDL has been certified as meeting ISO9001:2000. The program is designed to ensure that all requirements for quality are recognised and that consistent and uniform control of these requirements is adequately maintained. All work is executed in a manner, which conforms to a client’s contractual and regulatory requirements at optimum cost. Verification of conformance is substantiated by recording objective evidence showing compliance with the specified requirements. To meet the requirements of our Medical customers, products are built in compliance with IEC, UL, CSA, CE and FDA requirements and are periodically audited by FDA inspectors.
